Paint the Town 2019 Winters Plein Air Festival 

May 1st-June 2 2019

May 1^st- 7am  3pm Winters History Museum 13 Russell St

Artist Check In and canvas stamping

 

May 3^rd  5-8pm Downtown Winters

Downtown at Dusk- Artists creating all around town. 

 

May 4^th 2-7pm  Putah Creek Paintout-  Festival artists creating art in the Putah Creek Nature trail under the bridge.

 

May 10^th 4-6pm   Quick Draw Artists will be gathering on Main Street to compete in the annual Painting Competition. The artists have 2 hours to create a plein air masterpiece! See them in action, meet them, it’s a fascinating process of art happening before your eyes.

May 10^th 7-9pm  Artist Reception-  Plein Air Works Plein Air Exhibit

Immediately following the Quick Draw painting event, the artists will gather at the Winters History Museum. Everyone is invited to join us (free admission) for refreshments, to meet the artists and see the framed wet paintings. 

(artists are allowed early check in Friday April 26^th in time for Youth Day)
